When Ghana's national football team, the Black Stars, qualified for their first ever participation to the FIFA Football World Cup, the fans were euphoric. But as the team went on to win its way through the competition's first round - the only African team to make it this far - fans took over the streets to display their joy. Even though the team was then defeated by their Brazilian opponents, the Black Stars' performance became nothing short of legendary, and the party went on.
